If like us and the RNIB you are fed up with inconsiderate drivers parking illegally on pavements, please use the draft letter to write to the new Essex Chief Constable.
This letter should also be copied to the chairman of Essex Police, Robert Chambers at the same address: Springfield, Chelmsford, CM2 6DA.
