RDC Free Activities for the Over 50s

Rochford District Council's Free activities for the over fifties.

Activities include: Archery, Badminton, Bowls, Exercise to Music, Folk Dancing, Golf, Health Checks, Pilates, Short Mat Bowls, Table Tennis and Walking.

Locations include: Canewdon Village Hall, Greensward Academy, The Hullbridge Centre, Rayleigh Leisure Centre, The Warehouse Centre, Great Wakering Community Centre, Hockley Woods, Hullbridge Community Centre and Lords Golf & Country Club.
