The new shelter provided by Hawkwell Parish Council.
The new shelter provided by Hawkwell Parish Council and multi financed has now been painted in graffiti art.
It was officially opened on the 8th May 2009 by Hawkwell Parish Council, Rochford District Council's Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership and the police and is located at Clements Hall Sports Ground near the replacement skateboard ramp.
